ST Fitness & Lifestyle Coaching  provides mobile personal training and online coaching that will help you to lose weight,  build muscle and improve your fitness and self-esteem. 

I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and a Pilates Instructor based in the Harpenden and Luton areas. I specialise in coaching women to transform their bodies and mindsets through weight training. I am passionate about educating women on how strength training can help them craft a beautiful strong body and develop an even stronger mind!


 I am from a professional dance background and got into fitness seriously when attending a performing arts school back in 2013. I wanted to take my love for fitness further so I qualified as a PT in 2015.  I developed a passion for bodybuilding and I competed all over the UK in Bikini Fitness. In July 2017 I won my Bikini Trained Class and took the Overall Female Title, qualifying for the British Finals in October 2018 where I placed 5th, going on to represent Team GB at the World Championships. Bodybuilding has allowed me to become physically and mentally strong. It has taken me on an amazing journey of self-discovery.


I wish to help others find the passion that I have for fitness and well-being and to also help others realise how strong and capable they truly are at achieving their goals. I believe working on a client's mindset is just as important as their body. 

I have established a long term client base with various different fitness goals, abilities and ages. My clients goals range from body transformations, bodybuilding competitions and general weight loss and muscle building.  I am also an experienced Pilates Teacher and this has enhanced my knowledge of client injuries and rehabilitation.

Whether you are a 1:1 or online client, my ambition is to give you an outstanding service. Client satisfaction and results are very important to me!

Mobile Personal Training

Training solutions tailored to your needs and lifestyle from the comfort or your own home or in the park.


Having a trainer by your side can provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jump start your routine. I can help you set goals and create a plan to accomplish them.  I will help you promote stronger self-confidence and self-efficiancy, in the gym and outside of your session which can help you stick with your exercise and health program over the long term.


Whether you have your own equipment or not... it doesn't matter. I have a vast range of equipment that I will bring along to our sessions!

These sessions can be purchased on a pay as you go or block booking basis. All sessions last 55 minutes and include cardio, HIIT training and resistance training with weights. No session will ever feel the same. I know how important variety is to keep exercise exciting and motivating! also track progress through fortnightly weigh ins and measurements for weight loss and clients in these sessions.

Mobile Pilates 1-2-1

Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and well being. Pilates practice can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.

I specialise in 1-2-1 Pilates training. Teaching my clients to engage their core muscles correctly to prevent lower back pain and to improve overall posture and mobility.

Online Coaching

Online coaching is cost effective and has no time or location restraints. My online coaching programs are tailored to each individual, their personal goals, needs and lifestyle.

12 Week Body Transformation Packages

This intensive package is tailored specifically for anyone looking to lose weight, strip fat, tone up and fundamentally transform the way they look and feel within a short space of time. This bespoke package is tailored to every client's needs and fitness abilities.


The 12 Week Body Transformation package features 2 or 3 personal training sessions a week (depending on Gold or Silver Package) that combine both cardiovascular and resistance training into specially developed and cutting edge workouts that aims to shed weight, body fat and increase muscle tone and shape. The workouts are designed to push you both physically and mentally and with documented weekly body fat and weight measurements which aims to keep you focused and motivated towards your end goal.
